This series exists because the way I worked building an AI-native product is something every PM can use. Most of what follows didn't come from a playbook. It came from trying things, building tools, getting feedback from real users, and reflecting hard on what actually changed and what stayed the same.

Nothing in this series is about the product itself. It's about the craft of being a PM in an AI-native environment, how your instincts stay the same, how your methods change, and what becomes possible that wasn't before. Each installment is one lesson. Short enough to read between meetings.
